Subject: Collaboration Agreement for Music Production
In the present document, we will refer to the person TJBEATS is collaborating with as "collaborator".
Dear Collaborator,
I am excited about the opportunity to collaborate with you on our upcoming music project. To ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial partnership, please review the terms outlined below:
1. **Ownership and Rights:**
- The melodies and loops provided by TJBEATS are the intellectual property of TJBEATS. TJBEATS retains full ownership and copyright of these elements.
2. **Profit Sharing:**
- TJBEATS is entitled to 50% of the net profit generated from the sale or licensing of the final product.
- Net profit is calculated after deducting the 12% platform fee from the total revenue generated on BeatStars.
3. **Usage of Voice Tag:**
- TJBEATS requires the inclusion of 'TJBEATS TAG' in the final product.
- The voice tag should be audible and unaltered.
4. **Distribution and Sales:**
- The final product will be distributed through BeatStars or any other mutually agreed-upon platform.
- Both parties agree to promote the final product through their respective channels.
5. **Credit and Promotion:**
- TJBEATS shall be credited for melodies and loops in all promotional materials and platforms associated with the final product.
- Collaborator is encouraged to cross-promote the final product on their social media and music platforms.
6. **Modifications and Derivative Works:**
- Any modifications or derivative works of the provided melodies and loops must be approved by TJBEATS before release.
7. **Termination:**
- Either party has the right to terminate the collaboration with written notice if the terms of this agreement are violated.
By proceeding with this collaboration, Collaborator acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement. Collaborator should provide written confirmation of acceptance via email or another mutually agreed-upon method.
